Calculators

The same arithmetic, without the app.

Each of these uses the constants the app itself runs on, published at the methodology page. Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere — the arithmetic runs in the page and is gone when you close it.

  • Calorie deficit calculator

Maintenance, the deficit a rate of loss implies, and the budget that comes out — including when the answer is refused for being too low.

  • TDEE and maintenance calories

Katch-McArdle if you know your body fat, Mifflin-St Jeor if you do not — and a plain account of what that estimate is worth.

  • Macro split

A budget turned into grams of protein, carbohydrate and fat, with the three shown adding back up to it.

  • Goal weight date

How long a goal takes at a given deficit — the budget arithmetic run forwards, and why the date is a direction rather than a promise.

  • Fibre, sugar, sodium, saturated fat

The four daily targets, derived from your own budget instead of from a generic adult.

A form cannot know what you actually ate. Every number here is an estimate about people your size; the app’s own answer comes from your logged weeks instead, and it refuses to give one until it has enough of them.
